WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BOUTIQUE MANAGER WHO WANTS TO BE PART OF THE NEW ERA OF TONAKU.

We are looking for a person to join the team in Prague who does not just want to "manage the store", but wants to create a place where people will be happy to return to together with us.

And right now, we are dealing with how to bring this exceptional brand into the contemporary world – including what our retail and customer experience should look like.

The boutique manager will really have the store in his hands.

It will deal with the team, sales, customers, warehouse and the day-to-day operation of the boutique. But also how the customer feels with us, how we present TONAK and how to make a visit to the boutique an experience that makes them want to come back.

Some days we will discuss numbers and results. Other days we will discuss the VIP customer, team or detail of the collection display. You will be in contact with marketing, sales and management. At the same time, you will be the person who is closest to our customers every day and can influence the design and portfolio itself.

We are looking for a person who:

🎩 has experience in managing a store and people, ideally from premium or fashion retail

🎩 He understands business and knows how to work with results, but at the same time he knows that good retail is not just about numbers

🎩 knows how to lead a team, motivate it and at the same time is not afraid to "touch the work" himself

🎩 has a natural feeling for the customer, product, aesthetics and detail

🎩 can deal with a demanding client and build a long-term relationship

🎩 is independent, reliable and responsible and does not need instructions for every step
🎩 wants to move things forward and come up with their own ideas

You don't have a ready-made retail system that you just get involved in.

You will have the opportunity to be part of its setup and influence how TONAK will look in the eyes of our customers. You will need English and you will also use other languages.

Job description:

• design and development of new knitted products
• preparation of technical documentation
• cooperation with production in the introduction of new products
• selection of materials, colors and construction of knitted fabrics
• quality control of samples and optimization of production processes
• communication with suppliers and other departments of the company

We require

• education in the field of textiles, clothing or a related field
• experience with the design or production of knitted fabrics is an advantage
• technical thinking and an eye for detail
• knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office, CAD is an advantage for textile production)

This is a quiet manual job in textile production for one shift, suitable for someone who can sew or repair knitted items.

• Performs adjustments, routine repairs, cleaning and lubrication of machines according to the required parameters, which are given by the production regulations and technological process.
• Performs preventive inspections of machines and entries in the "Machine Registration Cards".
• Checks the technical condition of machines and suggests the purchase of spare parts and consumables.
