What will your job entail?
- You will be the "right hand" of the plant management in the area of human resources. The position combines HR with operational support of the plant - you report to the HR manager in Nový Jičín, while working largely independently on site.
- Comprehensive personnel administration: personal files, employee records, administration of employment contracts (HPP, DPP, DPČ).
- Recruitment and onboarding: organization of selection procedures, hiring and integration of new employees.
- Operational and financial administration: cash register, company catering, documents for payroll deductions, administrative support to management.
- Education and development: planning of training, courses and mandatory training, maintaining qualification records.
- Communication with authorities: representing the company towards employment offices, OSZ, health insurance companies.
- Medical examinations and OHS: contractual preventive care at the plant, monitoring the dates of entry, periodic and exit examinations.
- Reporting: cooperation on HR reporting for controlling, updating the plant's org. chart.
What do we expect from you?
- We are looking for someone who can handle the wide and diverse agenda of a production plant - independently, without a daily HR colleague on hand. The position is not for everyone: the pace is high, the agenda is varied, pro-activity is expected.
- The ability to work independently, manage the workload and navigate a diverse agenda - this is key for us.
- Experience in HR, ideally in production or logistics is an advantage. Orientation in the Labor Code and labor regulations.
- Experience with a personnel or payroll system; good knowledge of MS Office. English is an advantage.
