TONAK has been making fur felt and wool felt hats in Nový Jičín since 1799. Our felt hats are produced using traditional wet-felting techniques with natural fibres — beaver, rabbit, hare and wool — shaped and finished by skilled craftspeople in our Czech factory.

Our felt hat range covers classic fedoras, trilbies, wide-brim hats, hunting hats, top hats and bowlers. Every hat is built on a TONAK-made felt body, ensuring consistent quality from raw fibre to finished product.
