Exchange of goods
We are committed to your complete satisfaction with the TONAK head covers and we try our best to ensure that TONAK products will serve you for generations.
However, if our product does not win your favour or fails your expectations or you wish to return it for other reasons, please peruse how to proceed in such event. We will do our best to make the exchange or return and warranty claim process as quick and easy as possible.
From the date of receiving the goods, you have 14 days to replace them. No form is required, just contact us by e-mail eshop@tonak.cz, where we will personally arrange for the exchange of goods. Goods to be exchanged must be sent at your expense to the following address:

You do not have to pay for postage of already exchanged goods.
Return of goods
There is no need to worry about the lengthy process when returning goods. You have 14 days to return them from the date of purchasing the goods; thus you have ample time to think it through and prepare the product for the journey back to us.
You can easily download and complete the withdrawal form from the purchase agreement HERE, in our Terms and Conditions. Please send the printed form together with the product to:

We always appreciate if the goods are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. The customer pays for the postage when returning goods.
Product warranty
TONAK head covers have been hand crafted by craftsmen in Nový Jičín and Strakonice for more than 200 years. We are proud to maintain the high quality, the tradition and precise manufacturing. Warranty for all TONAK products is set at 24 months from the date of purchase.
